The Netherlands & Belgium: Delivery within 5 business days.

Europe: Delivery within 7 business days.

Rest of the World: Delivery within 14 business days.

Please note that during holidays or special releases, processing times may take slightly longer.

Track & Trace
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a Track & Trace link so you can follow your package.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy
14-Day Return Window
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No worries. You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached (including the size/care labels).

How to Return

Pack the item securely and ship it to the return address provided by our team.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. The money will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
